SIX VOLUNTEERS RESIGN FROM NORTH SMITHFIELD CONSERVATION COMMISSION

I've known Conservation Commission Chair Paul Soares and many of the other members of the Conservation Commission for several years. While I haven't always agreed with Mr. Soares on every single issue, I've never doubted his sincerity or commitment to his work in the field of conservation. The members who resigned today were all hard working volunteers and extremely passionate about the town. This is a great loss for the town of North Smithfield.
