Will Old Smithfield Road be getting a wind turbine, a solar array, both, or none of the above?

Aside from the noticing that so many solar applications are being discussed in closed session, check out item “c” on tonight’s (10-21-2019) Town Council executive session agenda. It appears Old Smithfield Road, where the controversial wind turbine was to be located, may be getting a solar array. I wonder if the developer appealed the zoning board’s decision to deny the wind turbine as he said he was going to.
