PB Votes 5-0 Solar Overlay is Consistent with Comp Plan

With little discussion and apparently little to no review against the N.S. Comprehensive Community Plan, the Planning Board voted 5-0 on Thursday to issue a recommendation that the proposed Solar Overlay District is consistent with the Comp Plan. Few residents were in attendance. The Town Council could approve the zone change on Monday, 5/7 when the public hearing closes. Speak now or forever hold your peace.
