Town Administrator Ezovski's Proposes Additional Solar Project

I doubt this comes as a surprise to folks who followed the Solar Overlay District controversy last year and attended the public hearings. Lot 156A, owned by the Town Administrator, Gary Ezovski, was included in the final map of the overlay zone which was adopted by the Town Council. The map was drafted by former Town Council President Beauregard with the assistance of the Town Planner. The final map was shared with the public for the first time at the meeting. It indicated lot numbers only; it did not list the names of lot owners.

Future posts will follow after the Planning Board discusses this proposal again at their May 2 meeting.

(NOTE: The May 2nd hearing was postponed. The applicant for the Grand Banks project requested a continuance to the next Planning Board meeting currently scheduled for June 6th).
