Woonsocket Tired of Getting Blamed for NS Roads

Apparently, tired of hearing complaints about the horrible condition of a portion of Rhodes Avenue which is within the town of North Smithfield, it appears the city of Woonsocket took action yesterday and made it clear who is responsible for the problem.
